This registration is for the complete series of Intermediate/Advanced Drawing with Ardis DeFreece. For individual workshops, please register through those listings.

In this series of 2 hour classes, students will take their drawing skills to the next level. In each class, we will work on issues with perspective, light, shadow, texture, transparency, depth and volume. Students will work in charcoal and graphite.

Day 1: Still Life 1
Day 2: Still Life 2
Day 3: Portrait 1
Day 4: Portrait 2
Day 5: Landscape 1
Day 6: Landscape 2

Experience level: Students who have taken beginning drawing will feel comfortable. More advanced students will learn new techniques and ways of seeing.

Materials:
Sketchbook
Good quality drawing paper
Willow Charcoal
charcoal sharpening pad/paddle or small piece of sandpaper
Graphite pencils
Ink and brush or ink pens
